1. DCP preparation and submission reminder

We remind you that the IMO recommended deadline for the submission of Data Collection Plans (DCPs) within the SEEMP Part II was 1st September 2018. Consequently, we urge you to prepare and submit your DCPs to your verifier as soon as possible.

3. Reminder about our Extranet facility

We remind our clients that have used our Extranet for the development and assessment of EU MRV Monitoring Plans that they can download into Word draft DCPs from the Extranet pre-populated with data and information from their assessed Monitoring Plans. This should greatly facilitate the preparation of DCPs.

5. List of flag states we can handle

We remind you that Verifavia Shipping is a fully authorized IMO DCS verifier in Panama, Liberia, Antigua & Barbuda, Palau, Vanuatu and Dominica.

Through our partner Recognized Organizations (ROs), we can also provide IMO DCS verification services to ships registered in the following Flag States: Azerbaijan, Barbados, Belarus, Belize, Bolivia, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Colombia, Comoros, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea, Honduras, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kiribati, Lebanon, Libya, Madagascar, Moldova, Mongolia, Nigeria, Niue, Paraguay, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo and the United Arab Emirates.

In case you operate ships registered in any of the Flag States listed above, please contact us to get your SEEMP Part II reviewed by Verifavia Shipping.

In Flag States not listed above, you will need to have your SEEMP Part II reviewed by an RO member of IACS. However, we would be pleased to pre-review your DCPs to ensure a smooth and quick review by your RO.
