With one of its kind of interactive video series, Tobias Konik from First Choice Carbon provides insights into the European Regulation on carbon emissions from ships and gives practical tips.

The EU Regulation on the monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) of carbon emissions from ships has come into effect today. From 2018 onwards, operators of vessels above 5,000 gt will be required to monitor and report on their carbon emissions and other relevant information for all voyages to, from or between EU ports, but also while at berth within EU ports.

Through this video series, Tobias Konik have tried to answer all the questions related to EU MRV compliance. Let’s dive deeper into what shipowners and managers must know to be better prepared for the new regulation.
