MARORKA RECEIVES MRV CERTIFICATION FROM VERIFAVIA SHIPPING

Marorka recently announced that they have received a MRV certification from Verifavia  for the Marorka Onboard maritime energy management and operational performance system.

This certification states that data collected by Marorka Onboard fulfils the requirements of the European Union’s MRV (Monitoring, Report, Verification) regulation, which entered into force in 2015. The regulation requires vessels entering European ports to report voyage data to the EU from January 1st 2018. By obtaining this certification, Marorka maintains its commitment to providing regulation compliant systems, reducing workload and cost of compliance for shipping companies.
